Promotional Tote Bag 13cm

There are a number of print techniques available for custom printing on reusable Non-woven Promotional Bags.

SILK SCREEN PRINTING

Suitable for Non-woven PP eco-bags. Simple or Intricate design possible with every block spot colour printed requiring its own pantone reference.

DIGITAL COLOUR PROCESS

This is best suited for graphic or digitally created artwork, photography and pictures. Cost effective where many colours are used and high volumes required. Gives a contemporary and quality end product. The additional option of a matte or gloss laminate finish is available.

HEAT TRANSFER

Essentially a tattoo or a decal is created and 'bonded' onto the bag with the use of heat. This method will achieve photo quality for your reusable promotional bags without the need for lamination.

Print coverage is limited to the size of the heat transfer rather than the size of the bag. Smartbags bespoke printing allows for large transfers if required but would advise you to consider our range of laminated bags instead.


CMYK

Digital artwork can be made up of full colour CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow and key black) plus 1 PMS colour and white.

You also have the option of 5 PMS colours plus white. Printing CMYK is more cost effective

Logo and fonts artwork files to be supplied in a format suitable for print. Smartbags has an in-house design team to assist you with technical help if required.

HIGH RESOLUTION FILES

Artwork should be provided as an outlined high-res PDF or AI file. 300 dpi is ideal and images should be no less than 180 dpi.

File Type: Ideally, artwork should be saved as an Illustrator, Photoshop or Freehand format. These files are used to create the printing templates and their quality will be reflected in the end result.

PRINT COLOURS

Supply the guidelines and Pantone colour (PMS) references for production to follow.

FONTS

If you would like to use a specific font on your promotional bags, please supply the font name and outline details. We can create it if you do not have it electronically. For example, you might want your web address printed on the side panels in a certain font. Simply name the font and we can re-create, even if you do not have it as an original art file
