Yes, for solid block colour(s) designs an outlined PDF for screen printing using Pantone (PMs), the correct reference must be provided, e.g Navy Blue Pantone 289C.
Please supply electronically along with details of the Pantone Code(s) and your brands Style Guidelines (if applicable).
We can print any font but you must supply the font name and outline details along with the electronic files, when submitting your artwork. Provide any relevant PMS (Pantone) details.
Artwork must be supplied as an AI or EPS file (from Illustrator) or a PDF file (from Indesign). An EPS file is a vector file of a graphic, text or illustration. Because it is vector it can easily be resized to any size it needs to be and can be reopened and edited.
Ensure the Print Layer tick box is UNTICKED. The line must be coloured in a 100% SPOT magenta, yellow, or cyan (CMYK) depending on whether the artwork is full colour. For solid block colour(s) designs an outlined PDF for screen printing using Pantone (PMS) references is required - for example Navy blue pantone 289C.
Supply high-resolution minimum 180 dpi, maximum of 300 dpi. Large files may be emailed via a Dropbox or Hightail link.
As with all custom made items, you must let us know about any changes before your bags go into mass production. We allow a minor change to the artwork layout after sign-off and before production but if there are many changes, we may have to charge extra.
Once final sign off has been made any changes will incur charges and may delay delivery of your order.
Smartbags are based in the UK and all our our quotes/shipping rates are for customers in the UK. Smartbags also supply other companies around the EU and beyond - just inform us where your company is based when submitting a quote and our expert service will assist along all the way. We'll provide shipping costs along with your quote.

Yes, you can. Once you provide artwork in the correct format, we will create a digital proof mock-up of your bag in PDF format. Once this is approved, a physical sample can be made for final approval. Approve this via JPG photos to save time or wait for it to be delivered to you.

Economy deliveries via SEA take around 10-14 weeks, subject to materials chosen, bag style etc.
Express orders take around 3-8 weeks, dependent on fabric chosen. We can also deliver via a combination of Economy/Express so you get a small quantity via Express and rest delivered via Economy.
Our Stock bags take around 5-7 working days from artwork approval. If you have a tight deadline you need to meet please give us a call on 020 8368 3800 to discuss the best options for you.
To avoid delays, ensure your design is signed off, print ready and supplied swiftly in the correct format. You can also save a week of lead time by approving your bag from the PDF mock-up, rather than waiting for the physical sample. This will depend on whether you want to see and feel the bag before production begins. We offer an Express Service and can deliver Woven or Non-woven Bags in just 3-4 weeks.

Regular orders delivered via SEA can be paid via BACS transfer - a 50% deposit is required on order placement and the remainder should be paid within 14 days of receiving delivery.
Bags delivered via EXPRESS must be paid 100% pro forma before mass production commences.

Costs will depend on the size of your order and the delivery method required. Generally the quicker the delivery method the more cost will be increased, especially if the order contains a high volume of bigger heavier bags. We will provide delivery costs as part of your quote, so get in touch to find out more.
We have several delivery options to choose from:
SEA: Most economic method of delivery - please allow 10 – 14 weeks depending on bag material, style, branding requirements and time of year when ordering.
EXPRESS/AIR: Fastest delivery method with 3-5 weeks lead time required. Costs approximately 30% more than SEA but costs increase for big orders of large, heavier bags.
Split SEA/ EXPRESS: We'll send the number of bags you require urgently via Express, then ship the bulk/largest quantity possible via sea. For example: 2500pcs ordered in total: 2000pcs via SEA/ 500pcs via EXPRESS is more cost effective than all 2500pcs via EXPRESS.
STOCK: Stock Natural Fibre Bags printed in UK. Allow around 6 working days from sign off.
Yes they are! We specialise in Promotional Bags made from Woven and Non-woven PP - which are reusable and long-lasting, saving the need for single-use plastic carrier bags. Production also produces a lower carbon footprint that other materials making PP fabrics a sustainable option. Non-woven PP is also 100% recyclable. Woven PP isn't currently recyclable due to the laminated finish.
We also stock Eco Bags made from recycled fabrics. Our rPET fabric bags are made from 100% recycled plastic bottles and we also supply Recycled Laminated Woven Bags that are made from 70% recycled rice sacks.
