Recycled Tote Bags

Our recycled tote bags are made from 70% recycled rice sacks. Old sacks are shredded, then broken down into small fragments and recycled into PP pellets. These pellets can then be melted down and recycled into many different products - we transform them into our lovely printed bags.

These recycled printed bags have a laminated finish making them waterproof and easy to wipe clean. Strong and long-lasting, these bags will promote your brand on the High Street for years to come! Their reusability and longevity also mean that your business will be helping to reduce single-use plastic consumption and pollution.

As with all Smartbags, we can offer 100% print coverage and other customisation options. A minimum order quantity of 5000 units makes these promo bags an economical option for larger wholesale orders.

Non-woven Tote Bags

Our Non-woven Tote Bags and made from polypropylene, a material made from plastic polymers, but with a soft fabric-like feel. Whilst plastic isn't always considered an eco-friendly fabric, there are many sustainable benefits to NWPP bags.

• Reusable & durable - can be washed and reused again and again reducing the need for single-use plastic. Strong & durable, these bags can last for years.
• 100% recyclable - NWPP can be melted down and recycled and used in a whole host of new products. Ask your local council about recycling facilities.
• Uses less water - use less water in their production than natural fibre tote bags like cotton or jute.

As with our 70% recyclable tote bags, we can offer 100% print coverage and other customisation options. A minimum order quantity of 1,000 units makes these tote bags an economical option for businesses with smaller budgets and quantities.

We also supply heat-sealed Non-woven bags. The same NWPP material, except the bags are heat-sealed instead of being hand stitched. This makes them up to 30-40% lower-priced than the regular range, but the MOQ is higher at 10,000 units.
